Gaming has become a familiar part of life for many families in Bangladesh. But it's often hard to notice when casual play gradually turns into something excessive. Stay aware, stick to your limits, and seek help if you need it.

Recognize the signs of problematic gaming

It's not always easy to tell when normal entertainment is becoming a problem. Watch out for these signs in yourself or someone close to you:

  • Spending beyond your budget and feeling regret afterwards
  • Playing more to win back money you've lost
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
  • Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to spend time gaming
  • Feeling angry, restless, or depressed when you can't play
  • Playing with borrowed money or dipping into your savings
  • Feeling restless or unsettled when you're not gaming

If you notice even one of the above signs in yourself, please take a break and contact support.

Self-Assessment

Answer these questions honestly in your mind. A sincere self-assessment is the first step toward responsible gaming:

1

Did you spend more time or money on gaming last week than you planned?

2

Has gaming caused you to fall behind on any important tasks or responsibilities?

3

Have your family or friends expressed concern about your gaming?

4

Have you placed larger bets to try to recover money you've lost?

5

Have you tried to stop gaming but couldn't?

6

Do you feel mentally uncomfortable or anxious when you're not gaming?

If you answered "Yes" to 2 or more questions, then rds 2Reach out to -'s support team or take a break for a few days.

7 Tips for Healthy Gaming

Responsible gaming isn't complicated — just build a few simple habits:

1
Set Your Budget in Advance

Decide upfront how much BDT you'll spend on gaming each week or month, and stick to it strictly.

2
Set Your Time

Set aside a specific time for gaming each day. Not before bed or in the middle of work.

3
Don't chase your losses

If you lose one day, don't try to "win it back" the next. That's one of the biggest mistakes you can make.

4
Don't play when you're emotional

Avoid gaming when you're angry, sad, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.

5
Take Regular Breaks

Take at least a 10–15 minute break every hour. Get up, walk around, and drink some water.

6
Tell Your Family

Let someone you trust in your family know that you're gaming. Being open about it makes it much easier to stick to your limits.

7
Gaming Isn't Your Only Entertainment

Keep up with other hobbies and social activities. A varied lifestyle is the foundation of good mental health.

How to Set Limits

rds 2 Once logged in, you can set the following limits yourself from the Settings section:

Deposit Limit

Daily / Weekly / Monthly — limits can be set across all three options.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session yourself.

Loss Limit

Your session will automatically end if you exceed a set loss amount.

Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional and designed to protect you.

Minor Protection

rds 2 A strict 18+ policy is enforced. Age is verified at registration and identity is confirmed through the KYC process.

If you have children or teenagers at home, take the following steps:
